Mind blown ! First time buying a theme outside the Shopify official theme shop. Have to say that I am very impressed on what the theme has to offer. It can be a little overwhelming at first, navigating through the sections and customisation tables (esp. if you had only worked with the Shopify official theme). The support team, however, has been nothing more but little legends ! Without them, I think I would have been in complete lost. They are very responsive to my request (whether it's a simple or complex). All of their responses are very detailed and followed up until it's resolved. Special shout out to Henry and Sarah who has been helping me throughout this time !

What can I say? Basel 3.0 is the most fabulous and outstanding theme I've invested in. I'm blown away by the theme's features and not to mention the exceptional customer service. Now I'm a technical guy, and I like to do most of the updates and work myself. There were times when I was frustrated in figuring things out, and after reaching out to the support, I had a response in less than 24 hrs. Truly fabulous. I'm running short of words to describe this theme. Of course, one drawback is that you've got a steep learning curve and it will require you some getting used to. But they have very detailed documentation that you can follow through and get your site going in full gear. Again, a fantastic theme and an amazing team to back it up. I highly recommend this theme. I feel anyone serious with eCommerce business and want to project a professional-looking brand - get this theme - its supremely fantastic. Fantastic job, guys. Keep up the excellent work.

The customer support is what lead me here to write this review. They are very knowledgeable and always respond on time and with a solution. This is such an important aspect when buying a theme. The documentation is also very well written and I have used it to solve many of my problems.
This is a very full featured theme with plenty of options. There are many components to use and the theme design is great. The theme can be a little difficult to learn for non coders. To get the best out of the theme HTML knowledge is necessary, while not essential, it can help you get the most out of this theme.
I will definitely be on the lookout for their future themes and also hope to find some Wordpress ones too. I feel a sense of trust with these guys, and would happily make a future purchase in the future!
